Hailed as “the most provocative thinker in current jazz” (Rolling Stone), MacArthur Fellow and Blue Note recording artist Jason Moran is a driving force behind the development of the jazz idiom. His original style incorporates a diversity of influences, from Thelonious Monk to Colin Nancarrow.
