Today, Where We Live, we’ll preview The International Festival of Arts and Ideas, which opens in New Haven on June 13th. We’ll talk with pianist Jason Moran about his upcoming performance at the Long Wharf with his eight-piece band The Big Bandwagon. They’ll perform an original multimedia piece based on Thelonious Monk’s first show with a big band at Town Hall in 1959.
