Since the three childhood friends were from the Midwest of the United States again in 2000 in New York about the way the world is astonished about how they combine the awesome power of rock with the sophistication of jazz.
Suddenly it was clear that the history of the piano trios in jazz, not with Keith Jarrett, Brad Mehldau and EST is said to end. Original interpretations of popular songs – From Abbas ‘Knowing Me, Knowing You’ to Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’ – in addition to original compositions an important element in the repertoire of the trio.
