US Immigration Policy ChangesApril 4th --
There was a minor change in US immigration policy submit to legislation at US congress. HR-1312 was passed by the House on Tuesday...the Senate still needs to do the same before it goes to President Bush. HR-1312 is called the ARTS Act, ARTS an acronym for Arts Require Timely Service. Marco Werman of the PRI program, “The World”, interviewed IMN Director Scott Southard yesterday on this subject.
